Curral Joul is a reef break located in a secluded spot, offering waves that are best during winter. The swell comes from the west-northwest, and the ideal wind direction is east-southeast. While the waves are inconsistent, the spot is beginner-friendly and rarely crowded. The water temperature stays pleasant at 23°C, making it a great spot for a relaxed surf session.
