Punta San Diego

Located in Nicaragua's Leon Province, Punta San Diego features a mix of beach and point breaks with both left and right-hand waves. The surf is fairly consistent, fueled by south-southwest groundswells, and works best with northeast offshore winds. Water temperatures stay warm year-round at around 27.4°C, making it ideal for intermediate surfers. Surfers should be cautious of rocks, rip currents, and occasional crowds, but the waves are often uncrowded.
