Karioitahi

Located in Raglan and West Waikato, Karioitahi is an exposed beach break with waves that work best in offshore east winds. The surf comes from groundswells, with southwest swells producing the best conditions. Both left and right waves form here, and the break works well at all tide stages. While uncrowded, strong rips can be hazardous, making it suitable for intermediate surfers.
