Skeleton Bay

Located in Swakopmund, Namibia, Skeleton Bay is a challenging point break that works best in winter with southwest swells. The cold water requires a wetsuit, and ideal winds come from the northeast. This exposed break has no shelter from cross-shore breezes, making conditions tricky. When it's working, the waves are powerful and can attract crowds, so timing is key.
