Medihya Plage

Located between Tangier and Rabat, Medihya Plage features a right-hand reef break that performs best at low tide. The waves are fairly consistent, especially during winter, with northwest swells creating the best conditions. Ideal for beginners, this spot is rarely crowded but requires caution due to rocks and pollution. The cold water (16.9°C) means a wetsuit is essential for comfort.
