Pastures is a beach and reef break along South Africa's West Coast, known for its powerful left-hand point wave. The spot works best in winter with west-southwest swells and offshore southeast winds. Surfable at all tides, it attracts experienced surfers but can get crowded. Be cautious of strong rips and cold water requiring a wetsuit.
