Jacobs Bay

Jacobs Bay is a challenging beach break that works year-round, with the best swells coming from the west-southwest. The waves produce both left and right-handers, though conditions can be crowded and hazardous due to strong rips. Ideal winds are from the east, and the water remains cold, requiring a wetsuit. While the surf quality holds up regardless of tide, caution is advised due to the powerful currents.
