Bay of Plenty

Located in the Banyak Islands of Indonesia, Bay of Plenty is a premier reef break favored by advanced surfers. The best waves arrive from May to October, driven by southwest swells and northeast offshore winds. While the left-hand break is more renowned, both sides deliver powerful rides unaffected by tides. Surfers should be cautious of rocks and occasional crowds, though the spot often remains uncrowded despite its quality.
