Ferrugem is a sandy beach break in Santa Catarina, Brazil, known for its consistent waves that work well at all tides. The spot produces both left and right-hand waves, ideal for intermediate surfers, with the best conditions in winter. Northwest winds and northeast swells create the perfect setup, though crowds, rocks, and strong rips require caution. Water temperatures remain pleasant year-round at around 25°C.
