Sheraton-Metzizim

Located in Tel Aviv and South, Sheraton-Metzizim is a beach break with consistent waves year-round, peaking in winter. The spot handles all tides well and produces both left and right-hand waves, ideal for intermediate surfers. East-southeast winds provide the best conditions, while west swells create the most rideable waves. Surfers should watch for rocks and occasional crowds, but the spot remains relatively uncrowded compared to other breaks.
