Loughros Beg

Loughros Beg is a beach break in Donegal with fairly consistent waves, especially outside of summer. The best swell comes from the northwest, and southeast winds create ideal offshore conditions. Water temperatures stay cold year-round, requiring a wetsuit. While it rarely gets crowded, beginners will find the waves manageable. The spot is best suited for those comfortable with cold water and moderate conditions.
