Cape Lookout

Located in North Oregon, Cape Lookout features consistent waves from both local and distant swells, with the best conditions arriving from the west. The break produces both left and right-hand waves that work at all tide stages. Ideal winds come from the east-northeast, while the cold water (11°C) requires a wetsuit. Surfers should watch for rocks, rips, and occasional crowds, but the waves are worth the caution.
