Indicator is a reef and point break in LA County known for its consistent waves, especially during winter. The best swells come from the northwest, with offshore winds from the southeast. It features both left and right reef breaks plus a left-hand point break, best surfed at mid-tide. While popular, the spot can get crowded and has hazards like rocks and strong rips.
