Rest Bay

Located in South Wales, Rest Bay features both beach and point breaks with left and right-hand waves. The surf is fairly consistent, though summer can be flat, with the best swell coming from the southwest. Ideal wind conditions are from the east-northeast, and the spot works at all tide levels. Surfers should be cautious of rocks, strong rips, pollution, and crowded conditions.
