Constantine Bay

Located in North Cornwall, Constantine Bay features both beach and reef breaks that work consistently throughout the year. The best waves come from west swells, with both left and right-handers forming at the beach break and a left-hand reef break. Suitable for intermediate surfers, the spot performs well at all tide stages but can get crowded when conditions are prime. Surfers should be cautious of strong rip currents in the area.
