Port Renfrew

Located on Vancouver Island, Port Renfrew is a river break with fairly consistent waves fueled by west swells. The beach offers both left and right-hand breaks, though conditions can be challenging due to strong rip currents. Best suited for intermediate surfers, the spot is rarely crowded, providing a peaceful surfing experience. Water temperatures remain cold year-round, requiring a wetsuit. Offshore northeast winds create the best conditions for surfing.
