Hiriketya Beach

Hiriketya Beach is a point break in West Sri Lanka known for its fairly consistent waves, especially outside of summer. The best conditions come from southwest swells and offshore north-northeast winds, producing both left and right-hand waves. While beginner-friendly, the lineup can get crowded when the surf is good, and surfers should watch for rocks. Water temperatures remain warm year-round at around 27.5°C.
