High Rock

High Rock is a reef break on the East Coast with waves that work year-round, fueled by both local and distant swells. The best conditions come from north-northeast swells and southwest winds, creating both left and right breaks. While the surf is consistent and uncrowded, be cautious of rocks, sharks, rips, and urchins. The warm tropical water makes it an inviting spot for intermediate surfers.
