The best conditions occur with west-northwest winds, though onshore breezes can affect the surf. Suitable for beginners, this spot rarely gets crowded but requires caution due to rocks and urchins. Water temperatures stay cool, so a wetsuit is essential. While groundswells are uncommon, east-southeast swells produce the cleanest waves.
