Sarti Beach

Located in the Aegean Sea, Sarti Beach is a sandbar break that rarely produces surfable waves. The best conditions occur in winter with southeast swells and offshore west winds. Waves break both left and right, though they are generally small and best suited for beginners. The beach is uncrowded, but swimmers should watch for rocks near the breaks. Water temperatures are cold, requiring a wetsuit year-round.
