Golf Course is a reef break in Rarotonga with fairly consistent waves, especially from southwest swells. The best conditions occur around high tide when the tide is rising. Both left and right breaks are available, with the left being more favored. Offshore southeast winds create ideal surfing conditions, and the warm tropical waters make it a pleasant experience. Surfers should be cautious of coral hazards.
