El Arenal

El Arenal, also known as Playa de Valdearenas, is a sandbar beach break with consistent waves year-round. The best swell comes from the northwest, and offshore winds blow from the south-southeast. Both left and right-hand waves form here, working well at any tide. With fewer surfers, it's a great spot for intermediate surfers seeking uncrowded conditions. The cold water requires a wetsuit, but the quality waves make it worth the trip.
