Located on the Amber Coast in the Dominican Republic, Outers is a reef break known for its reliable waves. The best conditions occur in winter and spring, with north swells and offshore southwest winds creating ideal surf. Both left and right reef breaks cater to intermediate surfers, though crowds can form. Surfers should be cautious of rocks, urchins, sharks, and coral while enjoying the warm tropical waters.
