Located in Golfo de Nicoya, Costa Rica, Damas Rivermouth is a sandbar break with fairly consistent waves. The best swells come from the south, while north winds create ideal conditions. Both left and right-hand waves form here, making it suitable for beginners. The water stays warm year-round at 28.7°C, but swimmers should watch for rips and crocodiles. This spot rarely gets crowded, even on good surf days.
