Located on the East Shore, Moose is a beach break with fairly consistent waves, best around high tide. The surf is most reliable with south-southeast swells and northwest winds. Left-hand waves dominate, making it a favorite for intermediate surfers. However, be cautious of rocks, strong rips, and crowded conditions.
