Located in São Paulo, Mongagua features a beach/jetty break with consistent waves, especially in winter. The best swells come from the southeast, and north-northwest winds are ideal. Left-handers dominate the beach breaks, and the waves work well at all tides. However, the spot can get very crowded, making surfing potentially hazardous.
