Located in Espirito Santo, Regencia is a river break known for its consistent waves, especially in spring. The best swells come from the south, with offshore northeast winds enhancing conditions. Both left and right waves form here, though the spot is relatively uncrowded. Surfers should be cautious of sharks and strong currents. The warm tropical water makes it a pleasant surf destination.
